ORDER
After the institution of this writ petition on 27.03.2024, the petitioner is in receipt of email dated 27.03.2023 at 5.15 p.m enclosing a copy of a letter sent to the State Bank of India invoking the bank guarantees.
2. In such circumstances, the prayer of the petitioner which is for a mandamus directing the respondents not to invoke bank guarantees, is rendered infructuous.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
