The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some mistakes have crept into the order dated 03.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10051 of 2020 and stated that the Section has been wrongly mentioned as 383 instead of 363 and the initial 'M' from the name of the petitioner in the cause title to be removed. Accordingly, prays for appropriate orders: 2.Hence, Registry is directed to remove the initial of the petitioner from the order and the 1st paragraph of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.10051 of 2020 dated 03.07.2020 to be read as follows: "The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.06.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 109 IPC altered to 363, 109 IPC and Sections 5(l) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.11 of 2020, seeks bail".
