ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to remove the compound wall of the burial ground which was put up in the petitioner's land comprised in survey no.827/5B at Ganapathy Nagar, (Nathampedu) Pakkam Village, Thiruvallur Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

Now it is reported that the compound wall has been removed by respondents 1 to 3 herein.

Recording the above, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
