[RESPONDENTS] Prayer Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in Na.Ka.No. 4066/C3/2006 dt.08.04.2014 on the file of the 1st Respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the 2nd Respondent to pay all the service benefits on 31.05.2014 without any deduction to secure the ends of justice.
