O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the order dated 07.07.2020, the amount was paid to the Adyar Cancer Institute through RTGS on 21.07.2020. However, the learned Magistrate has refused to accept the proof and sureties, stating that the order was passed on 07.07.2020 and that the sureties have been furnished on 21.07.2020. Hence, he seeks further time to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.OP.No.10024 of 2020 is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. The learned Magistrate is directed to accept the sureties.
