It is seen from the records that the petitioner has paid Probate duty twice. Once on 10.04.2018 and again on 02.11.2018. The original petition was allowed on 08.03.2019.

2. Considering the fact that the duty has been paid twice, there will be a direction to the Registry to refund a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand only) paid as duty on 02.11.2018.
