CRIME NO.188/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.MP.No.541 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.22600 of 2021 dated 24.01.2022 to report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., On 1st and 15th Every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of C.DURAIRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.22600 of 2021 dated 30.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner has been scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
