Order CMP.No.7506/2026 is filed by the petitioner to accept the cause title as typed in the Civil Revision Petition and CMP.No.7505/2026 is filed to recognise and accept Mr.A.Velusamy, as the Power of Attorney Agent of the petitioner A.Anandhan for all the proceedings in the aforesaid CRP.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing in USA and due to his inability to prosecute the CRP, he has appointed his brother A.Velusamy, the deponent of the affidavits, as his Power Agent. The learned counsel therefore prayed that both the petitions may be allowed by accepting the cause title and recognising the deponent as the Power of Attorney Agent of the petitioner.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, the petitions are ordered.
