ORDER
As directed by this Court on the last hearing i.e., on 09.12.2025, the Registry has printed the name of the petitioner in the place of the counsel for the petitioner.
2. On the last hearing date, a submission was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is no longer the counsel for the petitioner and had returned the bundle to the petitioner long back. Till today, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. This writ petition is of the year 2021. No further indulgence can be shown and it can now be infered that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
