A. No.2124 /2022 in TOS No.22/2013 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J This petition has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to bring on record the proposed parties i.e Gomathi, Vadivel, Akash and Vijay as the legal heirs of the deceased Jayakumar as 2nd to 5th defendants in the above TOS.

2. There is no objection on the side of the respondents in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed as prayed for.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

5. Post the matter on 13.07.2022.
