Seeking leave to sue the respondents, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2. The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the defendants have jointly borrowed a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- from the plaintiff company and they have executed a promissory note in Chennai and the suit has been instituted for recovery of money. Therefore, cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
