The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the amounts due to the workman were settled. In fact, the workman was reinstated in service and was served for sometime and thereafter, retired from service. In view of the settlement of all the retiral benefits, no further adjudication is required. The said fact is not controverted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the workman. matter, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
