Government Gazette of the third Respondent relating to Adhiramapattinam Municipality Gazette, vide No.627, dated 31.12.2021 in Page Nos.42 to 44 without considering the petitioner's objections, being illegal and arbitrary and consequential Election Notification issued by the second respondent dated 26.01.2022 in respect of Adhiramapattinam Municipality and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondent No.1 to conduct fresh delimitation exercise to Adhirmapattinam Municipality as per the Tamil Nadu Local Bodies Delimitation Regulations, 2017 and conduct election to the Adhiramapattinam Municipality by issuing fresh Notification.
