The petitioner, who apprehend arrests at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of I.P.C, in Crime No. Not known of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the papers were transferred to Central Crime Branch, Salem.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petition is dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh petition.
