Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition No.5(c) the petitioner, on his release from the prison, shall report before respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.4740/2021 dated 30.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.SATHIYARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4740 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 376(1), 417, 294(b) & 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. This petition is ordered.
