This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.202 of 2014 dated 20.02.201.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.202 of 2014 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.
