C.M.P.No.8531 of 2024 in SA.SR.No.165259 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to add the 3rd and 4th appellants herein as parties to this appeal proceedings and arraying the 1st appellant as deceased and accept the cause title as mentioned in this petition.

2. After delivery of the judgment in A.S.No.48 of 2017 dated 27.07.2020, one of the female legal heir died on 09.12.2020 before filing of the second appeal. Hence, the petition to accept the cause title is allowed.
