The Criminal Original Petition filed to call for the records of the impugned FIR No.113 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.The petitioner is a single accused in Crime No.113 of 2019 filed this quash petition to quash the First Information Report. Further it is a matrimonial dispute and there has been divorce proceedings pending between the petitioner and the defacto complainant.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that in this case investigation has been completed on 15.12.2019 and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Coodalur for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC by listing LW1 to LW7 and annexing documents.

4.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
