This revision is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Tiruppur to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.343 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard Mr.P.Asai Thambi, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. The petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.343 of 2021 seeking dissolution of marriage on the ground that the respondent is suffering from incurable disease and though the petition is filed in the year 2021, the respondent has dragged on the matter and the respondent has not even filed the counter.

4. Considering the submission, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruppur to fix a date for filing of counter by the respondent and expedite the enquiry and to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.343 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, not later than, ten months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
