By this application, the plaintiff seeks leave to place on record the additional documents described in the schedule-A to the Judge's summons.

2. In the affidavit in support of the application, it is asserted that the plaintiff acquired title to the cinematographic films forming the subject matter of the suit from the father of the 1st defendant in course of personal insolvency proceedings. Therefore, the plaintiff seeks leave to place on record the relevant insolvency petition and documents relating thereto, such as the report of the Official Assignee, list of creditors, list of assets of the debtors and the like.

3. Upon examining the affidavit and being satisfied that reasonable cause is shown, this application is allowed as prayed for. The exhibition of these documents shall, however, be subject to other requirements in such regard.
