This application has been filed to accept the translation of the Will written in Tamil into English in the above original petition.

2. Taking into consideration the nature of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed and the English Translation copy of the Will dated 06.02.2006 may be accepted by the Registry.

3. The original petition may be numbered, if it is otherwise in order.

The Registry may endeavor to get the original translation copy of the Will before the final orders are passed in the original petition.
