2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9754 of 2014 dated 05.12.2017 has been complied with.

3. In this regard, the District Educational Officer, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District had issued a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.846/A3/2018, dated 26.09.2018 Therefore, there is no further adjudication is required in this Contempt application. Accordingly, this Contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
