O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take necessary action on the representation dated 18.09.2014 sent by the petitioner.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that he executed a sale deed in favour of the 2nd respondent for a lesser extent of land, whereas, the 2nd respondent executed a sale deed in favour of the respondents 3 and 4 for a larger extent. Therefore, the fraudulent documents executed by the 2nd respondent should be cancelled and criminal prosecution should be initiated against the wrong-doers. In the circumstances, the petitioner has given a representation dated 18.09.2014 to the 1st respondent, which has not been considered by him so far.

3.Mr.B.Kannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent, submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to consider the representation dated 18.09.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 18.09.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
