Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider her representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

11.08.2017,wherein and whereby, she sought for issuance of no objection certificate for the purpose of getting electricity connection in respect of the premises where the petitioner is said to be residing.

3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said request has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 2nd respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
