JUDGMENT

(The Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.Subramanian,J) This appeal has been filed by the wife against the decree of divorce granted in F.C.O.P.No.204 of 2000. Since the learned counsels who had filed this appeal, have subsequently been appointed as Judicial Officers, notice was directed to be sent to the appellant. The said notice was served on the appellant on 30.11.2016. When the appeal is listed for hearing today, the appellant has not appeared either in person or through counsel. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. C.M.P. is closed.
