ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Kamalakannan, a case in Crime No.1583 of 2016 has been registered against the unknown accused and these petitioners were also called for enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
