ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to effect deposit as directed in C.M.P.3912 of 2026 by an order dated 18.02.2026. By the said order, 50% of the decreetal amount had been directed to be deposited by the petitioner herein.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Taking all the factors into consideration, we would extend the time till 08.05.2026 for deposit of the amount in accordance with the directions already stated in the order dated 18.02.2026 in C.M.P.No.3912 of 2026, failing which, the stay granted in CMP No.3912 of 2026 dated 18.02.2026 shall automatically stands cancelled.
