Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned notification issued by the 3rd respondent, vide G.O.Ms.No.25, Chief Secretariat (Health) dated 26.05.2020, and quash the same insofar as the elected members under clause (a) of Section 19 of the Pharmacy Act, and further direct the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry in pursuant to the proceedings vide No.862/H7/Health/2016-2019 dated 12.12.2019, over the election petition dated 17.12.2018 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame, and further direct the respondents 4 to 9, not to perform the functions of the Elected Members, in the State Pharmacy Council until such time.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner workout the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
