Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order dated 19.02.2026 passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No.C3/D.O/07/2026 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband namely Kumar, Son of Rajangam, aged about 48 years, who is presently under going detention in the Central Prison, Cuddalore, as Sand Offender, before this Court and set him at liberty.
