ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 04.04.2019.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner was disposed of by the 2nd respondent through proceedings dated 22.06.2020. The learned counsel therefore submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that till date no orders have been served either on the petitioner or on her counsel.

4.In view of the subsequent development that has taken place, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. There shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to immediately serve the order dated 22.06.2020 to the petitioner in order to enable her to work out her remedy in accordance with law. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
