ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records in Crime No.5 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation in Crime No.5 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore on 08.04.2015 and that the same has not been taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore.

4. Under such circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the final report filed by the respondent Police.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
