ORDER

This civil revision petition seeks for a direction to the learned II Additional District Judge at Tiruppur to dispose of O.S.No.476 of 2022 within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 30.08.2024, I called for the report from the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur as to how

long she would take to dispose of the proceedings.

3. The learned II Additional Judge (Full Additional Charge) has sent a report stating that the suit is currently at the stage of carrying out the amendment and for filing of amended written statement.

4. Mr.P.Vetrivel learned counsel for the civil revision petitioner would submit that the defendant will file his written statement on the next hearing date. He would state that in the interest of the defendant, the suit be proceeded as expeditiously as possible.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions of Mr.P.Vetrivel, the learned II Additional District Judge, (Full Additional Charge), Tiruppur is requested to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of filing of the amended written statement.

6. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
