Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 7th and 8th respondents to carry out the necessary entries in petitioner's service register forthwith as required by the 2nd and 5th respondents in relation to the regularisation of petitioners service for the period between o4.10.2001 and 04.11.2003 and consequentially release the benefits of continuity of service and all other attendant benefit. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 6.
3. The petitioner was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher on 01.10.1986 in TELC Middle School, Thuraimangalam, Perambalur District. She was transferred to TELC Middle School, Villupuram on 30.06.1989 and joined thereon on 01.07.1989 and thereafter, transferred to Hitson Primary School, Trichy Prison, Trichy and got promoted as Headmistress of the same school with effect from 01.01.1996 and continued in the said post till 04.01.2001. The petitioner on account of her ill health, taken extraordinary leave between 04.10.2001 to 04.11.2003. Later on joined as Secondary Grade Teacher on 05.11.2003 as per the order of the District Elementary Educational Officer, Kancheepuram District dated 31.10.2003 and the said period was also regularized by the District Elementary Educational Officer, Kancheepuram District, vide proceedings dated 22.09.
2014. The said fact was also informed to the seventh respondent for making necessary entries. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that despite such a direction, the relevant entries have not been made by respondents 7 and 8 and in this regard, she has also submitted a representation dated 10.10.2015 to the third respondent praying for appropriate direction, directing the respondents 7 and 8 to make relevant entries and since no kind of response was forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition.
4. Heard the submission of Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 6.

Though the petitioner prays for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the third respondent along with the copy of this order as well as the copy of the earlier representation dated 10.10.2015, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this orders and the third respondent, upon receipt of the same, shall put respondents 7 and 8 on notice and thereafter, pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to respondents 7 and 8.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
