(The Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah,J) The present Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to terminate the 10th standard examination for the academic year 2019-2020, based on the representation, dated 18.04.2020 sent to the respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the State had already cancelled the X Standard examinations and had also now declared the results of the students 'as pass' in respect of the examinations, if any, which were written by the students of the State. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition, which is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
