ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that more than one Department has to initiate action in tandem so as to ensure that the encroachments are removed. He would also submit that appropriate actions are in progress and the encroachments will be removed within a period of ten

(10) weeks from today.

2. Since the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the Authorities will remove the encroachments within a period of ten (10) weeks from today, no further adjudication is required. In the even of failure on the part of the respondents to remove the encroachments, the petitioner is at liberty to file petition for reopening of the Contempt Petition.
