[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Isaac Mohanlal, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr.A.Nowfal, learned counsel on record for the appellant submitted that this appeal has been filed against the order passed by the trial Court, dismissing the discharge petition that was filed by the accused. He further submitted that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant raise all the points that have been raised in this appeal before the trial Court during the trial.
