ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though transfer request has been made to withdraw Arb.O.P.No..43 of 2023 from the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Erode to any other competent District Court, the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge to dispose of Arb.O.P.No.43 of 2023 expeditiously.
3. Learned counsel appearing for either side submit that the parties are agreeable for speedy disposal of Arb.O.P.No.43 of 2023 in the same Court.
4. In view of the above submission, Tr.C.M.P.No.324 of 2025 is dismissed and a direction is issued to the Principal District and Sessions 2/4
Judge, Erode to finally dispose of Arb.O.P.No.43 of 2023 within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
