O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to enquire the complaint by the petitioner dated 09.05.2015 vide CSR No.69 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and consequently to register the FIR for the offence committed by Mr.D.Vijayakumar and 14 others.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.69 of 2015 before the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
