By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be an agriculturist would state that he is owning agricultural land in S.No.119/1 situated in Orathur Village, Sriperumputhur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, admeasuring to an extent of 0.08 cents and it is his claim that adjoining to his land, a mud road is there in natham poramboke and it is also used by village people as well as by him, to reach his land. The petitioner recently came to know that the 3rd respondent took a decision to construct group houses for providing accommodation to people belonging to "Irrulas community" by obstructing the said mud road / pathway and in this regard, he submitted a representation dated 09.05.2015 to the 1st respondent only with copies marked to the respondents 2 and 3 and since, no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.X.Selvam Sounder, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the 3rd respondent by enclosing a copy of his earlier representation dated 09.05.2015, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 3rd respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the representation, in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks, thereafter and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.

5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
