When this case was taken up for hearing via video conferencing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, pendency of Crl.A.No. 293 of 2021 shall not be a bar for the trial Court to proceed with the main case.
