PRAYER This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed to withdraw the proceedings in HMOP No.24 of 2024 from the file of the Subordinate Court at Vedasandur and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Poonamallee and tried along with HMOP No.292 of 2023.

Mr.M. Thangarajan COMMON ORDER TR CMP No. 362 of 2024 has been filed seeking to withdraw the proceedings in HMOP.No.292 of 2023 pending on the file of Sub Court, Poonamalle and to consequently transfer the same to be tried along with HMOP.No.24 of 2024 on the file of Sub Court, Vedasandur.
2. TR CMP No. 239 of 2025 has been filed to withdraw the proceedings in HMOP No.24 of 2024 from the file of the Subordinate Court at Vedasandur and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Poonamallee and tried along with
HMOP No.292 of 2023.
3. Tr.CMP.No.239 of 2025 filed by the husband and Tr.CMP.No.362 of 2024 filed by the wife are taken up together for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent in respective Original Petitions submits that the parties have no objection for transfer of H.M.O.P.Nos.292 of 2023 and 24 of 2024 to Family Court, Madurai to be jointly tried. In the meantime, it is also stated that the parties are also willing to go before Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement.
5. In fine, both H.M.O.P.Nos.292 of 2023 and 24 of 2024 are transferred to the Family Court, Madurai.
6. In view of the above, upon transfer, the records may be sent by the Family Court Madurai, to the Mediation Centre attached to the Family Court Madurai to enable the parties to explore the possibility of resolving all the
differences amicably. In the event the Mediation does not succeed, the Family Court Madurai shall take up join trial of original petitions and dispose of the same within a period of six (6) months from the date of such failure.
7. With the above observations and directions, these Transfer civil miscellaneous petitions are disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 24-06-2025 RAP Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes To
