This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners to issue a Writ, order or direction specifically Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conduct free, independent and impartial enquiry on petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2021, 09.04.2021 and take appropriate action against the erring police personal of the Periyanaikenpalayam Police Station criminal as well departmentally, consequently directing the respondents to pay compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- to the petitioner for the barbaric atrocities committed by its employees on petitioner.
