examination published in the Commission's website on 13.01.2023 based on the results of the written examination conducted by the Commission on 02.07.2023 and quash the same insofar as the said list does not contain the register numbers of the petitioners being 2501010012, 0101023209 and 2601009094 and consequently, direct the third respondent to call the petitioners for on screen certificate verification and admit them to oral test to be held on any date fixed by the third respondent for the post of Assistant Engineer in Combined Engineering Services pursuant to Advertisement No.613, Notification No.10/2022, dated 04.04.2022 and issue appointment orders to the petitioners as Assistant Engineers in Combined Engineering Services under the 20% quota reserved for persons who studied in Tamil Medium based on the information dated 27.02.
2023 given by the Director, Centre for Academic Courses, Anna University, the second respondent herein, that the B.E/B.Tech degree programme offered under Lateral Entry mode, is equivalent to regular B.E./B.Tech degree programme in full-time mode offered by Anna University, Chennai.
