Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Court Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for committing contempt of Court by willfully disobeying the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.8074 of 2020 dated 12.06.2020.

O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the enquiry on the charge memo dated 05.08.2015 was not completed, despite the directions of this Court issued in W.P.No.8074 of 2020.

2.Mr.Edwin Prabhakar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the order of the 2nd respondent dated 06.07.2021, disposing of the proceedings based on the charge memo dated 05.08.2015. In the said order, certain punishment has also been imposed on the petitioner.

3.In view of the same, the order dated 12.06.2020 made in W.P.No.8074 of 2020 stands complied with. This contempt petition is therefore, closed. The learned counsel for the respondents shall forward the proceedings dated 06.07.2021 to the counsel for the petitioner via E-mail.
