ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioners / appellants 2 to 4 seeking to amend the name of the proposed fifth respondent in the CMP.Nos.6370, 6374, 6378 of 2024 in A.S.No.222 of 2017 as "Jayaprabha" instead of "Jayapradha".

2. Heard Mr.P.Santhosh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners / appellants 2 to 4 and Mr.V.Nicholas learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 6.

3. This Court perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking correction in the typographical error and hence this Court is inclined to order the petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. 09.06.2025 av Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the appeal papers.
