Seeking leave to sue the respondents, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.
2. The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for payment of compensation and damages.
3. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicants have instituted the suit against the respondents claiming compensation / damages for the death of the husband of the first applicant and the father of the second applicant and sons of the third and fourth applicants which occurred at Guindy, Chennai. The learned counsel would further submit that the respondents 1 to 3 are having at Chennai while the 4th respondent is having its Head office at Mumbai and Branch office at Egmore, Chennai. Therefore, cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
