ORDER

When the matter is taken up, Mr.M.Santhanaraman, learned Additional Government Pleader (Forests), submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10386 of 2018, dated 25.04.2018, directing the respondent to pass orders on the pending representation dated 22.12.2017 of the petitioner, has been duly complied with by issuing a

show cause notice to the petitioner.

2. In reply, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a direction may be given to the respondent to complete the entire exercise within a period of eight weeks, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader stated that the respondent would complete the entire exercise as requested by the petitioner.

3. The above said submissions of the learned counsel appearing on either side are recorded. Accordingly, by recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. No Costs.
