ORDER

The wife is the petitioner before this court seeking a transfer of H.M.O.P.No.10 of 2025 filed by her husband, respondent herein, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tirupathur, seeking divorce, to the file of the Family Court, Namakkal.

The reasons for the transfer are as follows:

(a) The petitioner is living with her parents in Namakkal. (b) The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Namakkal.

(c) Travelling from Namakkal to Tirupathur will cause great difficulty for the petitioner to attend court proceedings.

Considering the above facts, the request for transfer appears justified and accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
