ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 342 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.56 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3. The case where the de facto complainant and her husband alleged to have been attacked by these petitioners for the property dispute. There was an attempt to immolate them by pouring kerosene. They have sustained minor injuries and got admitted in the hospital on 07.02.2022.The de facto complainant was discharged from the hospital on 10.02.2022 with simple injury and her husband discharged on 11.02.2022 and the nature of injury is simple.However considering the alleged attempt on the life of the de facto complainant and her husband and also the telltale evidence found on the body of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the victim, when they were admitted in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, since there is a life threat to the de facto complainant and her husband and these petitioners are in-laws of the de facto complainant.
