ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to execute the Bailable Warrant dated 30.12.2025 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate FTC III, Saidapet in S.T.C.No.6492 of 2025 against the respondents 4 to 6.

2. Today, when the matter was called, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the accused surrendered and the warrant recalled.
